What is Five Nights at Freddy's 3

Five Nights at Freddy's 3 is the third in the survival horror game series in which you must defend yourself from bloodthirsty automatons.

In this installment of Scott Cawthon's amazingly simple yet terrifying game, you play as a night watchman the house of horror attraction; 'Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction'. It's been thirty years since Freddy Fazbear's was closed down, and the events of what took place there has become the stuff of legends.

As with any good tale, it has developed its own cult following.

All probably would have been okay, except that the owners were able to outsource a troubling task - rebuild an animatronic to help give the attraction an authentic flair. They did this using original parts that they were able to track down.It is against this very creepy automaton that you must guard yourself through the night.

Though it's not a direct sequel to the previous installments, it does add to the lore and flesh out the story a bit. It's also nice to be able to hear about the events from a 'historical' point of view. Hearing the story from an occultic admirer (AKA the owner) was a nice touch.

FNAF as a whole is a franchise I really enjoy playing, as it never feels like you're just playing another version of the same old game. There are new and unique changes to Five Nights at Freddy's 3 that keep it fresh as well as old favorites that remind you why you love it.

I won't spoil anything else for you - you'll just have to see for yourself. This installment has some new game mechanics and is definitely worth at least one (or another, and another) playthrough!
